Plot Numbers
East Village (E20) is made up of 26 development plots, originally built for the London 2012 Olympic Games athletes’ village and later converted into permanent homes, schools, and public spaces.
Each plot (labelled N01 to N26) contains one or more buildings, and together they form the core of today’s vibrant East Village community.
Below is a guide to what’s in each plot — from homes and schools to parks, shops, and hotels.
N01 – Sable House & Titian Heights
Two modern apartment buildings located close to Westfield Stratford City and Victory Park.
N02 – Fortuna, Karner, Meander & Zeller Houses
Four residential buildings surrounding peaceful courtyards, with quick access to Celebration Avenue.
N03 – Emperor, Limari, Applegate, Istra, Lucia, Samphire & Festive Mansions
A large cluster of homes forming part of the original Athletes’ Village; a mix of spacious flats and family apartments.
N04 – Celandine Court, Zinnia, Amelia & Sienna Mansions
Residential buildings arranged around shared green spaces.
N05 – Future Residential Development
A planned Get Living expansion site for new homes and public realm improvements.
N06 – Portlands Place (Hightail & Skylark Towers)
Brand-new high-rise apartments overlooking the Olympic Park, with shared amenities and retail at street level.
N07 – Frye, Gabrielle, Hepplewhite, Kimpton, Vipony & Keswick Houses
Six buildings centred around Victory Park, close to community shops and cafés.
N08 – Victory Plaza (Asteria House, Laurel Point, Insignia Point)

N16 – Student Living Development (Planned)

Two hotels serving visitors to Stratford and the Olympic Park, with restaurants and rooftop bars.
N18 & N19 – Future Get Living Residential Plots
