East Village Masterplan
The overall aim of the East Village masterplan is to transform its central public spaces - Victory Park and Belvedere - into inclusive, biodiverse, and community-focused environments that support play, wellbeing, and cultural identity, while improving connectivity, sustainability, and integration with surrounding developments.
Belvedere
Belvedere is the first public space to be transformed as part of this project, with work to commence in late 2025.
Victory Park
Timelines have not yet been published for the Victory Park transformation.
